Detroit MC Danny Brown shared “10 Essentials” with GQ magazine and the chipped-tooth rapper with bone straight hair was very particular about his style.

He tells writer Ren McKnight about his brief experience with baggy jeans:

“I can’t wear big-ass pants; they’re just not comfortable to me. I don’t like the dangle—I want everything to be intact and tight, you know what I’m saying? [When speaking with 50 Cent about signing with G-Unit] they tried to make me wear these big-ass pants with money signs on the back pockets—there was real 100-dollar bills. I gave them to my uncle who’s a dope fiend, so it’s funny that my dope fiend uncle wears the pants with 100-dollar bills on them that 50 Cent gave me. I had on some really tight pants, but he didn’t like that shit and he said, ‘Let me see how you look in these pants.’ I put ’em on and looked like a fucking idiot because I had a regular black t-shirt and I was wearing a skully because my braids were nappy, and then I had these big-ass jeans with some Chucks. I felt like a gang banger
