Will Quvenzhane Wallis Replace Willow Smith in “Annie Remake?
Looks like Quvenzhane Wallis is out to make Hollywood history once again. She’s already the youngest actress nominated for a Best Actress Oscar, and according to Entertainment Weekly, the 9 year old dynamo is being considered for the big screen remake of “Annie.”

Originally a vehicle for Willow Smith, dad and producer Will Smith explained why his daughter dropped out of the project:
“Willow was supposed to be doing Annie, we got Jay-Z to do the movie, go the studio to come in and Willow had such a difficult time on tour with ‘Whip my Hair’ and she said, ‘You know Daddy,’ I don’t think so.”
Quvenzhane would make an excellent choice as Annie. Besides her natural on screen presence, the charismatic pixie can hold a tune. Check out Quvenzhane singing “Dynamite” with “A.N.T. Farm” star China Anne McClain:
