Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Atlantic City Closes Its Doors
Bad news for Jay-Z; his nightclub 40/40 in Atlantic City has gone out of business. The $4 million nightclub and sports bar shut its doors back in October when its lease expired.

Ron Berkowitz, a spokesperson for the club revealed 40/40 hasn’t been in operation since Superstorm Sandy hit. There was major flooding and a large hole in the roof due to the devastating hurricane.
Since its grand opening in 2005 celebrities like Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj have partied at enterprising hip-hop mogul’s establishment.
A spokesman for Tanger Outlets says it is seeking a new tenant for the prime space: ““Our leasing team is actively and diligently working to bring a great new tenant into the space. Stay tuned.”
