Chris Brown To Face Rihanna In Court Monday
According to RadarOnline, the California Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal by Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos to postpone the preliminary hearing set for next Monday for the R&B singer, who’s charged with threatening and beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The two former lovers are both expected to appear in court Monday.
At the conclusion of Monday’s preliminary hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence to proceed to a jury trial. Rihanna was subpoened to testify at the hearing, and her attorney has said that she will comply with the subpoena and be a cooperative witness for the prosecution.
