VIA PEOPLE:

In her latest music video for the single “Paparazzi,” Lady Gaga plays, well, Lady Gaga: a star who shutterbugs love to follow.

So what’s life like behind the cameras?

According to Kerry Rhodes, a safety for the New York Jets, who plays a policeman in the video, life pretty much imitates art. While he describes Gaga as “reserved,” “focused” and “cool,” he admits that the scene around her can be pretty crazy.

The shoot was ridiculous!” he tells PEOPLE. “Everywhere you turned there was a dead body – not real! – a really big horse-looking dog, and a half-naked model, which was cool.”

Rhodes explains that he knew the shoot would be “something out of the ordinary,” and, of course, he’s a fan of the 23-year-old star. “She’s very talented,” he says. “She’s something different for music lovers to listen to.”

That said, don’t expect the Jets to warm up to “Pokerface” any time soon. When asked if Gaga plays in the locker room, Rhodes laughed, “Not a chance!”

Still, he’ll have good stories to tell his fellow NFL players. One of his favorites: “When I was in main dressing room changing and Lady and I bumped into each other mid-change!” he exclaims, before laughing, “No, there was no funny stuff!”
