Stevie J’s boss Mona Scott-Young and former employer at Bad Boy Records Diddy have been subpoenaed to testify in the Stevie J child support case. They are have been subpoenaed to testify as to how much money Stevie J has made in the music business. Carol Bennett has tried for years to get child support from Stevie, but was unable to have his wages garnished because he had dubious financial practices like putting his money in various bank account that are listed under business names rather than his. While Mona Scott-Young and Diddy can speak to how much money Stevie J earned from them, others have been subpoenaed in the case as well.

A host of Stevie J’s other associates have been requested to show up in court. Joseline Hernandez, Stevie’s wife, was hit with a subpoena. She will be in court alongside VH1 Entertainment, Sony Music Group, Raymond “Benzino” Scott, Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and Viacom. The subpoenas were hand out on behalf of Project Child Support. Project Child Support helps mothers recover back child support from fathers who try to hide their assets in various businesses and bank accounts like Stevie J has done.

Stevie J’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama Carol Bennet gave The Urban Daily an exclusive interview about her pursuit of child support from Stevie J.
