Suge Knight‘s bail is set at $10 million. If there’s anyone who could spot him easily, it would be the captain of The Money Team.
It was rumored that Floyd Mayweather would post Knight’s bail after his fight against Manny Pacquaio this weekend. As a result, Knight would be released as early as next week, according to NY Daily News.
But those close to Mayweather refute this report. According to TMZ Sports, Mayweather’s crew says that Knight’s lawyer is responsible for dispensing false reports to the media regarding the hefty bail.
This news caps a bad day for Knight. He pleaded not guilty to murder charges in his hit-and-run-trial, and his lawyer made a formal request to reduce his bail. But Judge Ronal Coen denied the request to have the former rap mogul’s bail lowered below the current $10 million, according to CNN.
