Last weekend, Meek Mill posted an Instagram picture of himself sitting in his Maybach, staring into the distance. The caption read: “Even bosses got feelings ya kno?”

He doesn’t in “Check,” though. This single, produced by Metro Boomin and Southside, is the follow-up to “B Boy” and “Monster.” If “Check” does catch on, it will be for the production. Meek Mill’s barking is more unimaginative than exciting, but the eerie production―which sounds like the South’s remix to the X-Files theme song― will stick after the three or so minutes.

Give it a listen below. There’s no release date yet for Dreams Worth More Than Money, but it’s probably coming later rather than sooner if this single doesn’t stick.
