Jared Fogle, aka “Jared from Subway,” is under investigation in connection with child pornography charges.
FBI agents and state police, in addition to an evidence truck, were seen gathered in Fogle’s Zionsville, Indiana driveway Tuesday morning, several major news outlets are reporting. This news comes two months after Russell Taylor, the executive director of Fogle’s healthy eating foundation, was arrested on federal child porn charges.
From PEOPLE:
Fogle is not under arrest at this time, WTHR reports.
Russell Taylor, 43, was taken into police custody in April and charged with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
He attempted to commit suicide in May, but failed and remains on life support, CBS4 reports.
Fogle severed all ties with Taylor following the arrest, saying that he was “shocked” by the horrific allegations.
