Moniece is slightly surprised when Teairra then changes the subject and reveals that she’s decided to have liposuction because she’s uncomfortable with her recent weight gain. Teairra is relieved when Moniece tells her that she has her full support and also thanks her for having her back when Princess attacked her during their last confrontation.
Fizz expresses frustration over having to bear the brunt of parenting responsibilities for he and Moniece’s young son Kameron as the primary caretaker. Fizz admits that Kameron is always excited to see Moniece when she comes to pick him up, but says she only shows up on occasion and rarely without an excessive amount of persistence on his part. He says he struggles with having to explain to their child that his mother doesn’t quite have time for him and is in desperate need of a resolution with Moniece.
Nikki goes to visit Hazel at her home after hearing that she was in an ATV accident during a recent trip to Dubai. Milan greets her at the door and they head upstairs to find Hazel talking with Teairra in her room. She fills all of them in on the details of her accident and insists that despite the blogs accusing her of faking the crash to cover up a nose job, that’s not the case. She goes on to speak briefly about the pressures to look good in order to keep a job in Hollywood before expressing frustration with people believing everything they hear without confirmation, once again referring to the rumors that she made up the accident story to cover up her plastic surgery. Hazel breaks down in tears while opening up to the group about how no one she traveled to Dubai with seemed concerned about the serious nature of her injuries when the accident happened. Nikki, Milan and Teairra all comfort her and encourage her not to feed into the negativity about her looks from people on the internet.

When he says he thinks she deserves better and doesn’t have to deal with Soulja Boy cheating on her, she insists that she knows what she’s dealing with when it comes to him. She also tells her father that she is aware of everyone believing that she deserves better, but says she is fond of the relationship that Soulja Boy has built with her young son and won’t apologize for making the decision to accept Soulja Boy for who he is.

Fizz meets with Moniece’s mother Marla to try and get her to talk to Moniece about her absence in their son Kameron’s life. When he vents to Marla about feeling taken advantage of because of Moniece’s failure to consistently follow through on their custody agreement and suggests that Marla pick up some of Moniece’s slack to make up for it, he is shocked by her response. Marla suggests that Fizz go to court to get full custody of Kameron, which would enable him to receive child support from Moniece and provide funds for a nanny when needed to better accommodate his schedule as a single parent. Despite Marla’s suggestion, Fizz becomes saddened at the thought of completely taking Kameron away from Moniece. When Marla states that she doesn’t think Moniece or Fizz are stepping up he way that they should be as parents, he cuts her off and is driven to tears when describing how much it hurts him to see his son not have a mother in his life because Moniece won’t make time to be there. Throughout the course of their discussion, it becomes clear that Fizz is continuously putting himself aside in hopes of doing what’s best for his son by trying to find a way to keep his mother in his life even though she hasn’t been doing her part by visiting him regularly. He also takes Marla to task for not supporting Moniece through her struggle with single motherhood and says he couldn’t imagine managing as a single parent without the support of his own mother. Marla softens slightly when Fizz begins to cry, but insists that she won’t fill in for Moniece as she’s already done her job as a single mom by dedicating her life to raising Moniece and reiterates that he and Moniece will have to figure it out between the two of them as Kameron’s parents.
Later, Fizz meets up with Moniece while she’s rehearsing for an upcoming performance. When Fizz questions her about why she’s missed 3 weekends in a row with their son Kameron, Moniece becomes defensive. Noticing that her guard is now up, Fizz insists that he didn’t come to bash her but rather to talk to her in hopes of figuring out how she can be in Kameron’s life on a more consistent basis. Fizz then reveals that he met with Moniece’s mother to ask her about helping Moniece with her parenting and she becomes visibly annoyed all over again. Moniece says the fact that Fizz and her mother met behind her back to talk about her parenting is infuriating. She then breaks down in tears while insisting that she feels as though no one cares and Fizz comforts her. He also admits to Moniece that he didn’t realize until meeting with her mother that Moniece has had no family support system this entire time. He tells Moniece about Marla advising him to take her to court and fight for sole custody before comforting her again while reassuring her that he loves her and will be there to support her as she figures out how to be a better mother to their son.
