Kim Kardashian West decided to continue spreading Christmas cheer after giving birth to Saint West earlier this month. Kim and Kanye West donated 1,000 sneakers to Soles4Souls.
They’re not 1,000 Yeezy Boosts, but the donation comes from a promise Kardashian made on Twitter back on Dec. 10. She asked her 38.1 million followers to help her find a girl who was trying to get 1,000 pairs of sneakers to donate.

Her name is Amelia Flores, a high school senior in Andover, Kan. She first became aware of Soles4Souls when the organization helped her and her family in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Flores has been collecting sneakers since the beginning of November in hopes of reaching her goal of 2,000 sneakers. Of course, the Wests’ generosity is a huge boost.
“The quantity and quality of the Adidas and Kardashian Kollection donation from Kanye and Kim Kardashian West is really extraordinary,” said Soles4Souls CEO/president Buddy Teaster. “The fact we are able to distribute them to people in need here in the US is an even bigger deal.”
