In an effort to build excitement surrounding his forthcoming new project, Chicago native Rockie Fresh has been slowly rolling out new music.
In 2015, Rockie dropped two new songs, “Aurora” and “All I Want.” Well, he returns in 2016 with a Zalezy and Sevn Thomas-produced cut titled “Down To Roll.”
“You running my pace and get left in the dust/ And you thinkin’ ’bout switching it up/ I’m tryna come through in the clutch, only hundreds I touch/ you ain’t been laughing enough, you might think I’m joking when I say what happened to us,” raps Rockie.
Rockie’s forthcoming project The Night I Went To… is due out sometime soon. In the meantime, take a listen to Rockie’s latest below.
