The timing of this song may be a little late, but after taking a loss last night, we’re pretty sure the Carolina Panthers could use a pep talk.
After performing at the Super Bowl last year with Katy Perry, Missy Elliott decided to get in on the action this year with a song fittingly titled “Pep Rally.”
“Let me hit you with that pep rally, pep rally, oh this a pep rally,” Missy screams. “Jumpin and thumpin, I got the crowd yelling.”
At the end of 2015, Missy teamed up with Pharrell and released her NBA theme song “WTF (Where They From).” No word on when Missy’s planning to release a new album, but word on the street is that it’ll be soon.
