Was MJ Already Dead When Paramedics Arrived?

TMZ.com is citing law enforcement sources who say that Michael Jackson was already dead when paramedics arrived at his home following a 911 call, but that his personal physician Conrad Murray insisted that he be taken to the hospital anyway.
Citing multiple sources, the website says paramedics wanted to pronounce the King of Pop dead at the scene, but Dr. Murray – as a higher medical authority than the EMTs – had the power to overrule them.
Paramedics reportedly arrived to find Jackson with an IV in his arm, an IV stand nearby along with an empty IV bag and oxygen tank.
