To celebrate Kid Cudi‘s induction into the Celebrity Fake Teeth Wall Of Fame, we highlight other rap stars who have had some dental reconstruction done.

If you have yet to see the big screen debut of Scott Mescudi, better known as Kid Cudi, then you’ve missed his cosmetic update. The former G.O.O.D. Music talent debuted his new celebrity smile during the red carpet premiere of Need For Speed.

Veneers, better known around the industry as “fake teeth worn by celebrities,” are all about appearances. In the celebrity crazed culture of the entertainment business, there is nothing more important than having a great smile. While many famous people have shelled out a lot of dough to get false teeth, caps, veneers and even dentures, we’ve decided to commemorate Kid Cudi’s cosmetic porcelain decision by spotlighting 13 other Hip-Hop stars who also have fake teeth.

Nowadays, it is pretty easy to spot those not-so-real smiles, but we start off with someone who actually needed to get work done after a life-altering accident.

Cee-Lo Green

The Goodie Mob frontman and celebrated singer has had his new teeth for awhile. He put them in after cashing those big checks for writing hit songs for acts like The Pussycat Dolls, Solange Knowles, and Jennifer Hudson.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson

Fif’s made no secret that he’s had work done, as he more than likely did it to help boost his acting career. In fact, he even said that he wanted to keep the gap, “so I can still recognize me in the mirror.”

Before he decided to “put the paws” on everybody, Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy’s mouth looked like he ate a few knuckle sandwiches himself. He finally put his money where his teeth should have been by getting veneers in 2011.

The legendary Queens, New York rapper was mostly known for his great lyrical ability and his chipped tooth. After squashing the battle with Jay Z and becoming a member of the Def Jam family, the Hip-Hop legend fixed the chip and broke the hearts of females worldwide.WENN

The former A Tribe Called Quest member and reality TV mainstay became the butt of memes and Internet jokes when audiences finally got a view of his ginormous denture job.

The author of “Grillz” decided that he wanted a life change and got rid of the gold in favor of a classy new pair of teeth.

Ludacris

It’s no secret that the Disturbing Tha Peace frontman has been shying away from the booth in favor of high Hollywood paying gigs. After cutting off his trademark braids, he stepped up and got some veneers to match his Tinsel Town ambitions.

Lil’ Kim

Brooklyn’s own Kimberly Jones has had a lot of work done. From her cheeks to her nose to rumors of her skin being bleached, so it comes as no surprise that she would also have her teeth fixed.

Clifford “T.I.” Harris

Grand Hustle CEO Clifford “T.I.” Harris revealed that teeth issues led to his dependency of drugs. So, in order to kick the habit, he shelled out $50,000 for some brand new food munchers. Was it worth it?

After Weezy ponied up $150,000 to have a more expensive smile, the Cash Money co-founder dropped heavy weight to the tune of $500,000 for his updated grill. As per your suggestion in the comments, Queens rapper Nicki Minaj probably has had a lot of work done elsewhere. But while we’ll never see those doctor notes, what is plainly obvious is that much like her Cash Money / Young Money family, Nicki has put some considerable cash in more things than just her arse.
