Mos Def Joins Cast Of HBO’s “Enlightened”
Mos Def’s just added another entry to his acting resumé by joining the cast of the forthcoming HBO comedy series “Enlightened.”
The Emmy nominated actor/rapper will play the boss of the character portrayed by Laura Dern, who writes the show along with Mike White.
The show will be Mos’ first full-time television acting role, having previously made appearances on “The Cosby Mysteries,” “House,” “Chappelle’s Show,” “Yo Gabba Gabba,” and “The Boondocks.”
