Late 1980’s R&B singer D’Atra Hicks recently made an appearance on TV’s “Divorce Court” with her husband when she displayed an unconventional anger management technique.
Hicks’ husband claims that she was abusive to him and was suing her for money that would enable him to seek psychiatric treatment to deal with his alcoholism.
While telling his story, Hicks could be heard humming to herself. She claimed that it was an exercise she learned in her anger management courses.
All we can say is… HILARIOUS!!!
Here is the video for D’Atra’s 1989 single “Sweet Talk”
Hicks’, who is Taral Hicks’ sister, recently appeared in the original 2002 stage production of Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Family Reunion.
