At 25-years old, DJ Mo Beatz is living out his dreams. As the official DJ for G.O.O.D. Music artist Big Sean, he gets paid to travel the world and perform, doing what he loves to do best.

Quick to admit that he started DJing for the love and not the money, Mo Beatz is proof positive that hard-work does eventually pay off. DJing parties for the local Finally Famous crew in Detroit, he made a name for himself, as well as established a strong relationship with fellow D-Town native Sean and the rest is, well, history.

Mo Beatz was also the youngest DJ with his own mixshow on WJLB 98.1 in Detroit and these days listeners tune in every Friday and Saturday night after the clubs to get a dose of his flavor.

Recently inducted into the world-famous Heavy Hitters DJ collective, he doesn’t plan on stopping his momentum anytime soon. With more shows, club dates and mixtapes on the horizon, he says, “I had no idea I would be DJing shows around the world…London, Paris, Italy, Lebanon… I was a DJ cause I genuinely love DJing and I was blessed to see the world.”
