Things just keep getting worse for Gabriel Aubry in the custody battle between him and ex Halle Berry. Aubry has been accused of multiple incidents of child endangerment and it’s come out that one of his accusers is his three year old daughter, Nahla.
According to reports from TMZ, Child’s Services conducted various interviews with people close to the Aubry/Berry drama. Child’s Services has enough incidents on file for concerns to be raised if Gabriel can parent Nahla in a healthy manner. When Nahla was interviewed, she spoke of times when her father would violently scream at her and leave her extremely frightened. Gabriel has previously been reported to Child’s Services for yanking his daughter by the arm, shoving a nanny while holding Nahla in her arms, and putting his daughter in harm’s way while Halle Berry was shooting a film in Europe.
At this point Aubry can only have supervised visitation with his daughter and must attend counseling. Pending further investigation, he might lose custody all together.
