Happy 3rd Anniversary Jay-Z & Beyoncé!

Three years ago today, Jay-Z & Beyoncé made their love for each other official when they were married in a private ceremony in New York City. Their union appears to be as strong as ever as the power couple continues to be spotted out and about together, most recently being seen in the Bahamas this past weekend.

Beyoncé’s recent split from her manager (and father), has led to rumors of Beyoncé joining Jay-Z’s Roc Nation stable of artists as a management client. But it leads us to ask whether or not it’s a good idea for them to mix business and pleasure.
