SNLer’s Sandler, Rock & Spade Reunite For Movie
Adam Sandler‘s convening a Saturday Night Live reunion in hopes of creating some big-screen fireworks.
He and his former Not Ready for Prime Time cohorts Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider, along with mall cop extraordinaire Kevin James, are planning to join forces for an all-star comedy flick due out Independence Day 2010.
The film, cowritten by Sandler, follows five high school chums who reunite after 30 years for a July 4 holiday weekend, per Variety. Dennis Dugan (You Don’t Mess With the Zohan) will direct, with cameras slated to roll this summer.
