Mother Of 9-Year-Old Girl Plans To File Complaint Against Erykah Badu
Kayleigh Espinosa was spending her 9th birthday in Dallas’ Dealey Park in mid-March with her mother when Erykah Badu walked past them.
Badu was in the middle of shooting her “Window Seat” video in which she strips off all of her clothes in broad daylight.
Now Kayleigh’s mom, Ida, plans to file a complaint against Erykah and says that her daughter was traumatized by seeing Badu.
However, if you watch the video, when they see Erykah, she is still wearing her pants and a bra, so unless they kept staring, little Kayleigh didn’t see much more than a woman walking around in a bra and pants. If she saw more than that, then maybe her mother should have escorted her daughter away…
Or told her that that’s what a woman’s body looks like when she gets older.

Now that someone plans to file a complaint, Badu could face a hefty fine and up to a year in jail.
In my opinion, this is just some woman who is lookin for a little attention and is using her daughter to get it. Why didn’t she file a complaint when it happened instead of waiting weeks after the incident to do it?
