Documentary Of Heavy D's Life To Air On Centric TV
The life of Heavy D will get the documentary treatment on BET’s sister channel Centric TV.
As The Huffington Post reports, Be Inspired: The Life of Heavy D features interviews with some of his closest friends and colleagues. The Jamaican born MC’s life will be reflected upon by Will Smith, Mary J. Blige, and Queen Latifah. The interviews will be intercut with footage from Heavy D’s last performance at BET Hip-Hop Awards.
Heavy D died last November due to a blood clot in his lung at the age of 44. Centric TV’s documentary will air Sunday. Check your local listings for times.
