Bet you didn’t know President Obama could get down like this.

During Barack Obama’s historic trip to Kenya, the president boogied with the best of them at the Nairobi State House.

According to TIME, Obama jammed with Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, First Lady Margaret Kenyatta, and U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice to Afro-pop act Sauti Sol’s hit single, “Sura Yako (Your Face).” What looked like a two-step was actually the popular dance Lipala, which is normally performed during traditional celebrations.

That got us thinking about Obama’s classic dance moves. With him able to groove out to any genre, we’re taking it back old school to prove he’s the best dancer to ever reside in the White House. Don’t believe us? Watch him move below (make sure to play the accompanying music to see just how perfect Obama’s footwork really is).
