Can’t believe this incredible, legendary, DJ is gone, will never be forgotten though….R.I.P. Grandmaster Roc Raida.

This is a tragedy.If Hip Hop was a picture, you would probably see his face.The man represented the most important element for any true hip hop show…The DJ.If you haven’t seen this man get to work then youtube it.Roc Raida was all dat! The world needs to show love to those who dig deep in the crates for that sound that makes you lose yourself in melody……Word life! Rock on ROC!!!!

First and foremost condolences to Roc Raida’s family. I cant believe a legendary DJ just passed. I dont know the cat personally but i did get a chance to see the X-Ecutioners one time in Orlando. It amazed me how sick they could get on the 1200′s. It something u got to see live in person. It was from that point on i was fascinated by hip hop djs and more importantly turntabalism. Djs are the core of any party. Along with the emcee they move the crowd. Without a dj there is no party. I hope that Roc Raida’s contributions to hip hop do not get lost in the muck we call hip hop now. So with that R.I.P Roc Raida.
