Was Jay-Z Beyonce’s First?!

Pop star Beyonce Knowles has never suffered a broken heart because her only relationship has been with husband Jay-Z.

The singer – who is notoriously private about her love life – began dating the rapper in 2002 and they married in a secret ceremony in New York last year.

And Knowles, 27, admits she has never had any other serious boyfriends because her relationship with Jay-Z is her only romance.

She tells L.A. Confidential Magazine, “Fortunately I haven’t had any breakups! This is my first relationship. We were together for a really long time before we got married; we were in no rush.”

And Knowles claims that, contrary to media reports, their marriage is strong, adding, I’m very, very happy, that’s all I’ll say. It’s just natural for people to start rumors and try to break things up.”

(Wait, I thought she was with him and him before Hovito through the ‘cuffs on her?!)

    Triips, I don’t think this article is saying she was a virgin when she met Jay Z. It’s not saying he was her first sexual partner, it’s saying he was her first relationship. So if she really was with Marques Houston and Mos Def, maybe she had sex with them or other guys but no relationship with any of them until she met Jay Z and fell in love, he is her first love and relationship.

    I think its great to know that shes not jumping in an out of relationship like some of these other snooty pretty women in the entertainment industry. and she upgrades most celebs go from bad to worse. Obviously she went up the ladder. No dis to Marques though. But she handles herself pretty good from what I see. Nobody is all in their business. I wish I had it like that (as far as relationships go). Congrats to there relationship. Jay got a winner and so does she.

    who cares who her first was its no big deal she 27 so if she’s had sum experience its normal u interact with many people as u get older it pertains 2 males and females
