Who's To Blame For The Academy Black Out?

I know, I know, I know… There’s only two black actors nominated for an Academy Award in a year that has seen us achieve to the highest level of government imaginable. Why can’t we get the best of both worlds, right? With black folks continuing to step out and show the wide array of colors portrayed on the big screen is the Academy just making due with the change in White House administration? Or were the movie’s just not Oscar worthy?
