Dame Dash is no stranger to being apart of a winning team. Before Roc-A-fella, he started a group called “Best Out” in Harlem. The crew wore jackets and T-shirts that said “Best Out.” They were known for dope parties and wearing the latest fits. Basically meaning the best crew out in New York City.
