After declaring Timbs dead in “We Off That” Jay-Z quietly worked the construction boots back into his wardrobe. That was forgivable because the Brooklyn native grew up in the Tim tree era. But this latest fashion offense will have more than a few folks screaming “hypocrite.”

Jigga Man was snapped in Manchester, England as his helicopter touched down and his jeans were clearly fitting pretty young. What caused this change of heart? Has he outgrown carrying knots around? Or do you not need as many Euros to floss?

In other Jay-Z news, HipHopWired is reporting that basketball fans will be getting the full 40/40 treatment when the Brooklyn Nets begin playing at the Barclays Arena.
