Two Chainz and his product manager decided to go the simple and elegant route for the cover of his debut album Based On a T.R.U. Story. The album art (designed by Kanye West’s DONDA team) is simply two gold chains laid on a black background accented by a red satin Chanel jacket.

But what we have found out (not really) is that they went through a painstaking selection process to pick this cover and that several choices were left on the cutting room floor. We found some of them in a recycling bin with the reasons they didn’t cut it.
