Hazel E is recovering from a nose job and chilling in the arms of her new bae, Katt Williams.

TMZ caught up with the Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood star after her rhinoplasty, as she parked the newPorsche that Katt bought for her.

The comedian sprinkled Hazel with a slew of other gifts, like designer bags and a new crib in the hills. The couple has been dating for around 7 months and Hazel gushes that she’s the “Katt’s Meow.” Um.

That’s not the only thing: Hazel suffered a bad accident after falling off an ATV in Dubai, but Katt saved the day (face) by copping her a nose job.
