Chubby Checker Suing Over Penis App [AUDIO]
If you need an app to tell you how big your penis is that is your own business, but Rock-N-Roll legend Chubby Checker wants you to keep his name out of it.
According to TMZ the voice behind the “Twist” is suing Hewlett-Packard and Palm for releasing an app called the “Chubby Checker” to…um…check the size of your “chubby.” According to Checker they were selling the item for six and half years.
“They’re defaming his name and reputation, infringing on his copyright and we’ve asked them to stop it,” says his lawyer. “They’ve stopped but the crime as already been done.”
“I don’t want people going around calling me a penis,” Checker added.
Reps for HP and Palm say the product has been taken off of the digital shelves but Checker is still seeking punitive damages.
