Jermaine Dupri & Da Brat React To Death Of Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly

The music industry is still reacting to the sudden death of 34-year-old Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly of Kris Kross. The rapper of “Jump” fame was found unresponsive in his Atlanta home and pronounced dead at a local hospital. TMZ is reporting that Kelly had a mix of heroine and cocaine in his system, but the official autopsy results are not yet available.

An outpouring of condolences and support has been coming in from across the entertainment industry on Twitter. Producer Jermaine Dupri, who discovered and mentored the duo, said that in a statement that Chris was like “a son he never had.”
