Mayweather tried to argue it’s because Pacquaio is on drugs/steriods and doesn’t want anyone to know but if he was the drugs/steriods would still be in his system after the fight. I just think that Mayweather is intimidated by Pacquaio because he is the only fighter that money can’t buy. Face it if you watch Mayweather fight his technique is always the same.
