Now that Beyonce has reclaimed her throne after a successful concert run in Atlantic City this past weekend, the question on everyone’s mind is “How did she get back in shape so quickly?”
During Saturday night’s show Bey shared with the audience:
“”Y’all have no idea how hard I worked! I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce.”
Bey also had some help from celebrity trainer Marco Borges, who told US Weekly that the r&b diva stuck with five days of cardio and strength training, and a whole-foods diet that included “vegetables, protein, nothing packaged.” Not to mention 8-9 hours of grueling dance rehearsals to prepare for her concert–now that’s how you get the body of a music goddess!
