Rich Dollaz has been all over the news thanks to him getting arrested during an interview and him being on the new season of Love and Hip Hop. His girlfriend, Erica Mena, can’t can’t seem to stop making headlines either, seeing as she tried to confront Angela Yee at a radio station for making comments about her. Despite all of that, here are five facts about Rich Dollaz.
Rich Dollaz is in a fraternity.
Rich attended college in Nashville, Tenn., and he has brought up the fact that he is in a frat, but he has not said which one. It is a rumor that he is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
He got his start interning for Puffy at Bad Boy Records.
After trying to make his own way within the record label, he was able to be a part of breaking artists, such as Cheri Denis, Gorilla Zoe, and most famously, Cassie (along with Ryan Leslie). He was the one that pushed the label to put out her first single, “Me & U.”
Just because he’s the manager doesn’t mean he always agrees with his clients.
He manages singer Olivia, who is also on the “Love and Hip Hop” cast, but he believes that she feels too entitled to certain things and wish that she would take deals that are offered as they come versus being picky. Check out Olivia in the studio below.
Despite the rumors, he and Erica Mena are NOT engaged (as of right now).
In an interview with Power 105.1, he told The Breakfast Club that he and Erica Mena were not engaged. He wouldn’t even really admit that they were in a relationship. He said they were “messing around.”
Rich, unfortunately, is no stranger to baby mama drama.
His daughter’s mother, Chaundrea Nicolle, has said that Rich has not paid child support and has even denied the child being his, according to Bossip. She has even said that the relatonship between Rich and Erica is just for the cameras.
